Tata Motors : Stock looking good for target of 400 which looks a strong resistance before any further up-move. A break above 400 can trigger fresh rally towards 435. Stock has support near 380.
Tata Steel : Stock is in short term downtrend from last 6 weeks, most of the weekly indicators are in sell mode but stock gained sharply in late Friday rally. Stock has good support near 367 on weekly charts on closing basis & a closing above 378(EMA50) can trigger a fresh upside for 387-93-400 to 424-48 in coming weeks. Daily charts are negative but the F&O ques showing different picture where we witnessed sharp shortcovering in Friday trade. Hence we are positive on this stock till trades above 367 on closing basis.
